Hi, I’m Anna Donkin—a registered nutritional therapist with a background in ballet and Pilates, and a passion for helping you feel your best. My journey started in the dance world, where I fell in love with understanding how the body works on a deeper level. That curiosity led me to a five-year BSc in Nutritional Therapy, where I honed my skills in identifying the root causes of health challenges and crafting solutions that work for real-life situations and real people.

I specialise in metabolic, muscle, and hormonal health, using a science-backed, holistic approach to help you navigate life’s demands. Whether you're looking to boost energy, balance hormones, improve body composition, or simply feel more resilient, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
